During his career spanning 20+ years, he has led an IS Audit & Application Development firm, been part of a corporate Information Systems department and functioned as an Auditor of IS Security & Accounting. He has also contributed to the GIS domain, as an entrepreneur for a brief period.

Santosh is responsible for Crossdomain's global sales, where he manages the marketing and sales functions, new product launches and continued growth of the business. He plays a significant role in drafting policies, and new strategies for growth. Santosh is a very versatile leader demonstrating agility and an acute decision-making capability, in the fast evolving, demanding market-place. Santosh has over 16 years of diverse experience, including successful product launches, planned times-to-market services/products, Business Process re-engineering and Business Development. Santosh has made his professional contributions in the Indian Air Force, HCL-HP, Thakral Computers and Trigent Software. Santosh is an Engineer in Electronics & Communication and also holds a Masters in Management from Asian Institute of Management, Manila.

Preeth is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional from GE Healthcare. Preeth has worked in various capacities at Accenture, Bosch and a large retail chain. Her extensitve experience of the Six-Sigma methodologies and in-depth process of process discipline has earned her many laurels in her previous assignments.
