The three-step methodology ensures
- Client objectives are aligned and ensures that client strategy for outsourcing is well understood
- Client environment is simulated at a location near the client and defines controls, deliverables and communication protocol for the process once it goes live
- Offshore is tested fully before client completely comes to rely upon the deliveries from Exdion offshore delivery center. This allows for smoothening of rough edges, if any, not considered in the first two phases and also allows defining road map for the long term success of the partnership between client and Exdion
