Ram is one of the co-founders of Crossdomain and has served as President and Executive Director since inception. Under his leadership, Crossdomain has consistently set new standards in the field of process and quality excellence. He holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Science and is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, USA and a Certified Associate of Insurance Services awarded by AICPCU, USA.. He has also explored the GIS domain as an entrepreneur for a brief period prior to founding Crossdomain.

Prior to joining Crossdomain, Shankar was Director, Business Development at IonIdea.Inc and during his tenure there, he is credited to have successfully handled the IT consulting accounts of US majors like Cable Vision, DirecTV and Fannie Mae. Shankar comes with an extensive experience of over 32 years. An astute professional, he has implemented “Client Focus” discipline and seeks to make Customer Excitement and Success a way of life at Crossdomain.

Hemant looks after Sales & Marketing for HR Services at Crossdomain. He is an Engineer and has earned his Masters from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Hemant has an extensive experience of over 12 years in the industry having managed instrumental roles at Barclays & Standard Chartered Bank.

Gobinda is a charter member of Crossdomain and oversees IT function. He strives to ensure world-class IT infrastructure at Crossdomain and also oversees IT development function. He is also the CISO and oversees compliance efforts for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005 and HIPAA at Crossdomain. Gobinda holds a post-graduate degree in Electronics and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering. He is also Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) awarded by ISACA, USA.

Lohith comes with over 10years of experience with IT majors such as Accenture & Phoenix. He combines his entrepreneurial skills with business acumen to enable a sustainable business model. He has been instrumental in architecting and successfully creating some of the most advanced products and solutions in the field of operational excellence. A Computer Science Graduate with a Diploma in Insurance, he is also a certified LOMA and INS (US) professional.

In charge of the Back-end Financial & Accounting division at Crossdomain, Vijay Kumar has to his credit 13+ years experience in major IT Companies such as GE, Infosys, IBM and KPIT Cummins. He is a trained PMP professional and has proven skills in the areas of Cost & Accounting, AP, AR, GL and Reporting. He has received a Masters degree in Commerce and is also an Inter ICWA.

CM Reddy, a seasoned management consultant, comes with a proven experience in strategy, product development and process excellence consulting. With over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, CM has been an entrepreneur and has also worked in large software services and cutting edge product companies.

Until recently, CM Reddy worked with Wipro being part of the External Innovation initiative with a charter to identify high potential technology startups that complement Wipro’s offerings and provide a differentiation to Wipro.

CM has also led various consulting assignments for Wipro’s Top Tier customers in US, Japan and Europe under Insurance, Energy & Utilities and Technology domains, enabling customers leverage productivity and improve quality. On a complex assignment for a Japanese Technology leader, he defined product development processes which reduced the product development cycle by 40%.

Also, as part of Productivity Office at Wipro, he implemented lean thinking principles and other problem solving techniques to improve the delivery capabilities and enhance the customer value. He was also a key member of the True Partner Program, a strategic initiative at Wipro initiated by Product Engineering Solutions SBU to institutionalize Strategic account management in the top 15 accounts to achieve non linear growth by over 40%.

Prior to joining Wipro, CM Reddy was a promoter of Pristine Consulting. At the helm at Pristine, he architected a Workflow Management System that simplified business processes modeling and reduced the development effort.

Prior to Pristine Consulting, he worked in the Venture Capital industry as part of technical and business evaluation group at Temasek Capital in Chennai with earlier stints in Tata Consultancy Services and i2 Technologies.

CM Reddy is a Post Graduate in Software Enterprise Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from SJCE, Mysore.

Mini is responsible for people management and people engagement initiatives at Crossdomain. A Post Graduate in PM&IR from National Institute of Personnel Management where she was conferred Silver Jubilee medal for topping the Bangalore Chapter, Mini brings with her around 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Mini began her career with WIPRO Infotech and went on to work extensively in the IT industry. She has held instrumental roles in Human Resources function in TCS, ObjectOrb Technologies and RM Education Solutions. She also has handled consulting assignments in Training and Recruitment.

A Mathematics Graduate from Madras University, Chennai and a postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, V Sriraman, has over 23 years of experience in financial services, Audit, Taxation and Management Advisory services. His domain knowledge and experience covers corporate finance and retail finance, working capital management, leasing, hire purchase and other deferred sales, factoring, trade finance, organic/inorganic growth opportunities through mergers, joint ventures etc. He is experienced in risk management and mitigation that spans the spectrum from retail lending to corporate borrowings.

Mr. Sriraman started his career in 1987 as Internal auditor of a private group in south India, which consisted of manufacturing, trading and an NBFC. In 1995, he moved on to Rinac India as Finance Controller and later served as the CFO of the Company. In 2006, he moved to Anutone Acoustics Ltd as the Vice President.

In Jan 2008, Sriraman joined the CA firm V Krishnan & Associates, Chennai as a partner. Sriraman has been instrumental in resource mobilization for a number of Clients in Construction, manufacturing and service industries like Engineering, software, Educational Institutions and Trading. He is also serving as virtual CFO on the board of several SMEs, helping them transform into MSME or large industrial houses.

Sriraman is also serving as a Director of an Educational institution. He is a columnist contributing regularly in various local newspapers. He also addresses professional MBA students on leadership, Stock market, Budget analysis etc regularly.
