Corporate Social Responsibility has attained a multi dimensional facet in the recent years. At Crossdomain we strive to tie those different threads into one binding force/ value by taking up the cause and paying our debt to the society at large.  The CSR values @ Crossdomain have been categorized into four broad aspects - Corporate Ethics, Environmental Integrity, Community Involvement and Employee Health & Welfare.

Corporate Ethics: The very least we can do is to be honest about what we do each day; hence high ethical standards are a ruling norm with us @ Crossdomain.  Some guidelines that we abide by are:
  • Session on Values during Induction
  • Zero Tolerance policy on Integrity compromise
  • Personal copy of Handbook distributed on Day 1 of on-boarding
  • Active client data security policies
Environmental Integrity: In last few years our drive towards Innovation has helped us carve out a niche in Environmental compliance and minimize environmental risk. Quite a few steps have been taken to ensure a better, cleaner and safer planet for our next generation. 
  • Elimination of paper usage across all processes
  • Go-green avoid-plastic initiative. Crossdomain is a no “Plastic Zone”
  • Plant a sapling drive carried out
Community Involvement: We continue to address the needs of our community through various Social Services;
  • Joy of Giving initiative conducted periodically
  • Fund-raising activity for victims of Natural Disaster
  • Aryabhatta initiative to provide employment to local talent in Tier-3 towns
